If you wish to experience staying in an authentic island heritage home in a living 'kampung' with nature at your doorstep, look no further! Teriang House Langkawi is a comfortable home away from home with modern amenities.
We have three air-conditioned guestrooms and fan-cooled living and dining areas with a spacious open poolside lounge, facing a mini forest in our backyard in the Heritage House. Our new addition, Teriang Blue Cottages consist of two new self-contained suites in a gated compound. Perfect place to kick back, unwind, spot wildlife, read a book or take a refreshing dip in the pool.
A tranquil haven to take in the slower pace of island life and enjoy both beautiful sunrises over the bay and magnificent sunsets from the new fisherman's jetty.
NOTICE FOR RMCO (Covid-19 Response)
Please note that the pool will be closed.
The Heritage House and Teriang Blue Cottages will not be sharing facilities.
Our 150-year old heritage house is tucked away in a cul-de-sac of a living 'kampung' near Pantai Kok, a secluded and forested bay which was once a Chinese fishing village.
New additions are our Teriang Blue Cottages with two self-contained cottages built under a 100-year old mango tree in a gated compound.
Just 10 minutes drive from the airport, 15 minutes to Pantai Cenang, and a few minutes walk to local restaurants. A stone's throw from a new fisherman’s jetty—a scenic lookout point to catch both the lovely Langkawi sunrise and sunset!
We have two spacious rooms on the first floor with private bathrooms and a room on the ground floor in the Heritage House. Guests can book these rooms separately or book all three rooms (Red Room, Blue Room and Wine Room) to get the entire villa to themselves.
For long stay, we also have a large modern self-contained executive suite (Green Room) in the annexe wing overlooking the pool and the little patch of forest in our backyard.
Teriang Blue Cottages comes with access to a gated outdoor area for BBQ and are ideal for long stays.
Langkawi Island is the largest of the 99 islands in the archipelago located in the Andaman Sea.
Recognised as a UNESCO World Geopark since 2007, it has one of the oldest rainforests and natural lime rock formations in the world.
Apart from the many exciting outdoor activities and year long events, Langkawi is also a typical idyllic island for an unhurried vacation.
The island is also great for duty-free shopping, especially for alcohol and chocolates!
